The Junior Strength Academy was formed in 2017 after Future Personal Training founder Sean Miles gained success with several junior athletes. Sean's passion to educate those under 16 to develop their skills and support them in becoming a better all round athlete is what drove the formation of the JSA.
Sean has gained massive success in sports ranging from boxing, Judo and football, however his thirst to learn about all sports and implement his knowledge has meant the demand for children's elite training with him.

Meet the coaches
Sean has been training clients for the last 10 years all over the UK. He has taken over 10,000 PT sessions in this time and is an advocate for sustainable healthy eating habits and consistent training. Sean also specialises in strength and conditioning specifically in combat sports. Sean is currently working with numerous professionals and also some Team GB athletes. Sean is a no nonsense trainer and demands 100% commitment from clients to ensure the very best results.
I have been involved in the sports industry for 8 years. I have spent this time learning different ways of training the body to get the best results. I also know how important diet is to get there. I have a few areas which I’m keen on training. I focus on general fitness, muscle tone & shaping, strength and conditioning.
