Junior Strength Academy
The Junior Strength Academy is designed to increase your child's performance in all areas. In order to do this we will need to train, develop and monitor your child over a sustained period of time. Each week they will learn and train through all the principles of strength and conditioning.
It doesn't matter what sport they play we will develop them using techniques that are used throughout professional sports. We will assess your child throughout and will feedback at the end of each term on their progress.
Each term will be 12 weeks long, this gives us enough time to educate your child and have an impact that you will see them take on to their chosen sport.

Our sessions are fully equipped and dependant on age children will get to use and learn about equipment which they may not have been exposed to before. Our sessions are designed to be fun but also challenge your child.to become STRONGER, FITTER & FASTER every session.
Each child will also get to learn about nutrition and how this affects sport performance.
